Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account to shop in our e-commerce.

However, should you be interested in creating one, you can do so in two ways:

  • during check-out, where you will see the fields to be filled in;
  • by accessing the “Account” page via the icon in the top right-hand corner and registering by filling in the form with your credentials and the necessary information for payment and shipping receipts.

Will my personal information remain private?

Absolutely.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are accepted

Bank Transfer: You will find all the necessary information during the payment process. In this case, please remember to include the order number in the reason for the transfer.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can I choose the payment currency?

No, this is not possible.

All prices are in euros, so payment in different currencies can only be made with credit cards or other payment methods such as Paypal and Apple Pay, which automatically convert.

How do I place an order?

Enter the shop section and follow these steps

select the product you wish to purchase;

select the size (remember to consult the size guide) and the desired quantity. NOTE: Check that the product is still available;

click on the “Add to cart” button;

click on the “Complete purchase” button on the right sidebar that will appear on your screen;

enter your payment details and proceed with the selected payment method.

Where do shipments leave from?

Shipments depart from Bologna, Italy.

Which countries do you ship to?

Bolamì ships to almost all over the world, please check the countries and shipping costs when checking out.

What are the shipping times?

Bolamì reserves the right to ship its items within 14 days of receipt of payment. You can track your purchase directly from your Bolamì account by entering the data you provided.

Are there additional customs duties?

For all items shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties or taxes are applied. The following countries are part of the EU: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (South).

For items shipped outside the European Union, any customs taxes applied by the country will be received are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, before your purchase is prepared for shipping, we can cancel an item, change the size and change the order and shipping details.

All within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I only buy one part of a swimming costume?

In the case of two-piece products (e.g. bikinis), you can buy only the two components. Should you wish to proceed in this way, please contact us by e-mail (ordini@bolamì.com) so that we can create a customised order for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number of your parcel, via MAIL BOXES services.

In addition to the e-mail, you can track your order from your Bolamì account by entering the details you have provided.

How can I make an exchange?

You have 14 days to decide whether to exchange your purchase for a different item, colour or size.

In case of an exchange, please proceed as follows:

  • return the item in the same box in which you received it;
  • make an exchange request by e-mail to careofyou@bolami.com;
  • we will provide you with a label to attach to the box;
  • the courier will be notified by Bolamì and will collect it from the address you requested;
  • for Italy and EU countries the shipping costs are at Bolamì’s charge, while they are at your charge for the rest of the world;
  • we accept the exchange of articles only in the same condition in which you received them: with original tags and labels, unworn, unwashed and without alterations of any kind. Any items marked as ‘special sale’ will be charged the cost of exchange or return.

How can I make a return?

You have 14 days to decide whether to make a return.

In case of a return, please proceed as follows:

  • put the item back in the same box in which you received it;
  • make a return request by e-mail to careofyou@bolami.com;
  • we will provide you with a label to attach to the box;
  • the courier will be notified by Bolamì Lab and will collect it from the address you requested;
  • only for Italy, shipping costs are at Bolamì’s charge, while they are at your charge for European Union countries and the rest of the world;

What is the refund procedure in case of a return?

A refund is normally made 7 working days after the return.

Please take into account the processing time required by the bank to process your request.

The refund will be made via the same method used for payment (credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, etc.) and cannot be changed.

Furthermore, the amount of the refund will be equal to the total price of the products purchased.
