Do I need an account to place an order?
No, it is not necessary to create an account to shop in our e-commerce.
However, if you are interested in creating one, it is possible to do so in two ways:
- during checkout, where the fields to fill out will appear;
- by accessing the "Account" page through the icon in the top right and registering by filling out the form with the credentials and information necessary for notifications and issuing payment and shipping receipts.
Will personal information remain private?
Absolutely yes.
We handle personal data and information you provide with extreme professionalism and care, which will only be used to ensure the success of your purchases.

What payment methods are accepted?
The accepted payment methods are as follows:
- Bank Transfer: you will find all the necessary information during the payment phase. In this case, remember to include the order number in the transfer reference.
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
How do I place an order?
Enter the shop section and follow these steps:
- select the product you want to purchase;
- select the size (remember to consult the size guide) and desired quantity. NOTE: Check that the product is still available;
- click the "Add to cart" button;
- click on the right sidebar that will appear on your screen with the "Complete purchase" button;
- enter payment details and proceed with the selected payment method.
Where are shipments sent from?
Shipments are sent from Bologna, Italy.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, Bolamì products are shipped exclusively within Italian territory. We are working to soon extend our delivery service internationally as well.
What are the shipping times?
Bolamì reserves the right to ship its items within 3 days of receiving payment. You can track your purchase directly from your Bolamì account, entering the data you provided at the time of order.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Yes, before the purchase is prepared for shipping, we can cancel or modify your order.
All of this is possible within 24 hours of when the order was placed.

Can I buy only part of the swimsuits?
Our products are designed and offered as coordinated sets. However, for particular fit needs or specific requests, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at careofyou@bolami.com before placing your order. This way we can evaluate the best solution for you together!
How can I track my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your package, through MAIL BOXES services.
In addition to the email, you can track the order from your Bolamì account, entering the data you provided to us at the time of order.
How can I make an exchange?
You have 14 days from receiving the order to request an exchange.
To proceed, we invite you to follow these simple steps:
- place the item in the original packaging;
- send an exchange request to careofyou@bolami.com;
- you will receive a shipping label from Bolamì to apply to the package;
- the courier, organized by Bolamì, will collect the exchange at the address you indicated;
- shipping costs are entirely borne by Bolamì.
We accept exchanges exclusively for items returned in the same conditions in which they were received: complete with original tags and labels, unworn, unwashed and free from any alteration.
How can I make a return?
You have 14 days from receiving the order to request a return.
To proceed, we invite you to follow these simple steps:
- place the item in the original packaging;
- send a return request to careofyou@bolami.com;
- you will receive a shipping label from Bolamì to apply to the package;
- the courier, organized by Bolamì, will collect the return at the address you indicated;
- shipping costs are entirely borne by Bolamì.
We accept returns exclusively for items returned in the same conditions in which they were received: complete with original tags and labels, unworn, unwashed and free from any alteration.
What is the refund procedure in case of return?
The refund is normally processed after 7 business days from the return.
Please consider the processing times required by the banking institution to fulfill the request.
The refund will be made through the same method used for payment (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) and it will not be possible to change it.
Furthermore, the refund amount will be equal to the total price of the products purchased.
