Exchange Policy
You have 14 days to decide whether to exchange your purchase for another item, color, or size.
In case of exchange, please proceed as follows:
- place the item back in the same box in which you received it;
- make an exchange request via email to careofyou@bolami.com;
- we will provide you with a label to apply to the box;
- the courier will be notified by Bolamì and will pick it up at the address you request;
- for Italy and EU countries, shipping costs are covered by Bolamì, while they are your responsibility for the rest of the world;
- we accept exchanges of items only in the same condition in which you received them: with original tags and labels, unworn, unwashed, and free from alterations of any kind. Any items marked as “special sale” will have exchange or return costs charged to the final customer.
Return Policy

In case of return, proceed as follows:
- place the item back in the same box in which you received it;
- make a return request via email to careofyou@bolami.com;
- we will provide you with a label to apply to the box;
- the courier will be notified by Bolamì Lab and will pick it up at the address you request;
- only for Italy, shipping costs are covered by Bolamì, while they are your responsibility for European Union countries and the rest of the world;
- we accept exchanges of items only in the same condition in which you received them: with original tags and labels, unworn, unwashed, and free from alterations of any kind. Any items marked as “special sale” will have exchange or return costs charged to the final customer.
