• you will receive a shipping label from Bolamì to apply to the package;
• the courier, arranged by Bolamì, will collect the return at the address you provide;
• shipping costs are entirely covered by Bolamì.
We accept returns exclusively for items returned in the same condition as received: complete with original tags and labels, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations.
You can track your purchase directly from your Bolamì account by entering the details you provided.
