DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, an account is needed. You can create your account when you are checking out; otherwise
you can access the ACCOUNT page from the menu and register by filling out the form with the
credentials and information necessary for the notice and issue of payment and shipping receipts.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?

– Bank Transfer: you will find all the necessary information during the payment phase; in this
case, remember to enter the order number within the reason for the transfer – Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard e American Express – Paypal – ApplePay

CAN I CHOOSE THE PAYMENT CURRENCY?

No, you can’t. All prices are in euros, therefore payment in different currencies can only be made
with Credit Cards, Paypal and ApplePay which automatically provide for the due
conversion

– select the desired garment, size and quantity – click on the BUY NOW button – register on the site, if you haven’t an account yet – proceed to payment – wait for the order confirmation by e-mail to the address you provided – check the order and shipping phases directly from your account

Shipments depart from Bologna, Italy.

Bolamì ships almost all over the world, check the countries and the shipping costs when

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Bolamì reserves the right to ship its items within 14 days of receipt of payment. It is possible to
track your purchase directly from your Bolamì account, by entering the info you have provided.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES?

For all garments shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties or taxes are
applied.
The following countries are part of the EU:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy,
Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden,
Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (south).
For garments shipped outside the EU, any customs taxes applied by the country where the
garments will be received are charged to the customer.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchase is prepared for shipment, we can cancel a product, change the size and
change the order and shipping details.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for
your package, through MAIL BOXES ETC services.
In addition to the email, you can track your order from your Bolamì account, by entering the info
you have provided.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

You have 14 days to decide whether to exchange your purchase with another item, a different
color or size.
In case of exchange, please proceed as follows:
– put the item back inside the same box in which you received it – make an exchange request by email to careofyou@bolami.com – we will provide you with a label to apply to the box – the courier will be notified by Bolamì and will collect it at the address you requested – for Italy and EU countries the shipping costs are borne by Bolamì, while they are borne by you
for the rest of the world – we accept the exchange of items only in the same condition in which you received them: with
original tags and labels attached, unworn, unwashed and free of alterations of any kind. Any
item marked as “special sale” will have exchange or return costs charged to the end customer.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

You have 14 days to decide whether to make a return.
In case of return, please proceed as follows:

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCEDURE IN CASE OF RETURNS?

The refund is normally made after 7 working days from the return. Please consider the
processing times required by the institution bank to process the request. The refund will be made
through the same method used for payment (credit card, Paypal, bank transfer) and it is not
possible to use a different method.
